getting problem on activation actully we have given to third party they activate code now they are deny to deactivation of code from his site , so we are not able activation code theme to our server

Make sure that you share all info proving your purchase, as sharing your p/code is a private arrangement which envato or the author can not really get involved in, and reissuing new codes is not that easy.

You need to try contacting the author and see what they suggest. You could also try envato support Envato Market Help and Support. It again I think they will say this is a private arrangement beyond their control.
