Getting a table in Excel to add and delete line automatically

I have a table I created in Excel of 30 lines. I want to be able to add a new line including the formulas carried over to it automatically. I also want it to automatically drop the line at the top of the 30 lines at the same time if possible. I got it to add a new line but it did not include the formulas.
