Hi I purchased Avada - TNC FlipBook
and then realised the website I purchased it for doesnt have the avada theme … my mistake as most of my websites I design are with Avada and now this plugin is useless as the website uses the Bridge theme.
How do I get a refund please
Assuming that you have already downloaded the item, you can’t. As a buyer, it’s your responsibility to purchase the correct item.
Hi everyone makes mistakes and I did download the plugin and went to install and thats when I realised as an error message appeared “Avada Core and Builder required”.
The site that I required the plugin for does not use Avada.
I have since deleted the download and uninstalled as it is no use to me.
I am a small struggling business. I would appreciate a refund.

I would love to change the world but they won’t give me the source code 
All of the authors are “struggling” business owners here, everyone makes mistakes, important thing is to learn from it. Now you have the experience that you’d be double checking and not rushing before purchase.
Again, it’s not a reason to request refund, you can check the policy.
