Gamez Theme Translation Problem

Hello. I bought gamez theme. gamez theme but i can’t translate some words in turkish. I used loco translate, it doesn’t work for some words neither. I also tried to translate this words by poedit but it doesn’t work.

there is a pot file in wp-content/themes/gamez/languages/gamez.pot the translation doesn’t work with that file.

there is another pot file in wp-content/plugins/gamez-core/languages/gamez.pot the translation works with that file

can you please explain how i can translate the words “news”, “user reviews” ?
