In regards to FX Premiere Pro FX Extension by Phantazma, Do I need to buy two licenses? I do side jobs for myself and I have a full time job working for a company. It’s all done on my laptop.
I had to re install Premiere. I am looking for the license to register Premiere FX pro, I can not find it.

So you have to be in the account for Videohive that you ordered Premiere Pro FX from. Then go to your downloads folder here https://videohive.net/downloads
If you do not see the product there, then, it was not purchased through that VideoHive account.

I wish I could help more. Unfortunately, authors do not have any backend control of customer orders.
So, with this account the product was never ordered, or if it was ordered, Envato refunded the money back and did not fulfill the order. But as you know, your account does not have Premiere Pro FX. Envato may take a few days to respond.
I can send you the paypal receipt if you want. I have the downloaded file on my computer (that I have downloaded from somewhere (right? from one year ago ) and I used the plugins for one year…
There is nothing I can do as an author to retrieve purchases. Envato should be able to track down why your purchase was perhaps reversed. Let me know whenever they get back to you on that. Thank you!
Also, what you are saying is insulting. Considering that you told me to refer to them from the scratch… Which I did.
Envato licensing and Billing is out of the authors hands unfortunately. I have no ability, nor does any author on Envato, to see why a product is removed or billing reversed.
