Hi,
I’m trying to upload a file via FTP in FileZilla but it not working for me. I’ve read the guidelines, setup API key, etc but for some reason it doesn’t work.
I’ve validated the API key in postman and it is fetching the username as mentioned in the guidelines.
I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Please help.

Failing at the AUTH TLS step indicates a failure in the TLS connection. Your country or internet provider might be blocking the encryption, or you need to update the FTP client.

I’m using the latest version of FileZilla. If it is blocked by my country or ISP, is there a way I can bypass and establish a connect?
Using the in-browser file uploader will be the easiest, Envato’s KB also recommends trying a VPN if you absolutely need to use FTP. But ultimately if a plaintext connection can be established but TLS fails (which is the case for you) then this points to the connection being blocked somewhere between.
As per your suggestion, I tired VPN. It works now.
