FTP Critical error: Could not connect to server

Hello,

I tried to upload my update file. But i face a error (screenshot 1) . Then try with FTP. But when i try login with FTP i face also another Error. (Screenshot 2).

Your FTP username is case sensitive. Use Abdullah_Mamun00, not abdullah_mamun00.

using vpn connection solve my problem regarding ftp server error issue.
