[FreshDesk] Envato Purchase Validation Addon

Hi All,

I am really happy to share that i have created a new addon for freshdesk portal users in which you can have a built in envato purchase code validation. and its going to be released for free. for our community users and its open for improvements.

Note : As of now the app is under review by freshworks team. and it will get approved in a week max.

In the mean time you can just download and install it from github : https://github.com/varunsridharan/freshdesk-envato-purchasecode-validation/releases/tag/1.0

Installation

Step 1 :

Please create a new personal token @ https://build.envato.com/my-apps/ And make sure that you have these 2 permissions

  1. View and search Envato sites

  2. View your items' sales history

Step 2 :

Create a custom field for purchase code in ticket fields if not already created

Step 3:

Install this addon and configure it.

Hi There

There is no update for it. as Freshdesk is not ready to release this in their marketplace.

but you can install it directly
