I have the same problem. It has been a week since I bought Frenify 's Fotofly Photography WordPress Theme, and have sent them 5 messages through different ways: through the support page from the Theme, and also by e-mail. They simply doesn’t answer.
The thing is that I have tried to solve the problem applying many differrent solutions, but nothing works.
Now I have spend 59 Dollar for nothing. The Frenify Builder doesn’t work. I can’t use this template. I’ve installed it with an older version of Wordpress, 5.4.1., also an older version of PHP, 7.3, 7.2, the latest PHP version… Nothing works.
What should I do? Authors are not responding. Could anybody please ask the author to answer me and give me the solution?
