it says SAMPLE library. AJ is music library
I read it as you can’t use it with other sample libraries i.e. other instrument libraries. I might be wrong though.

It says we shouldn’t use it as part of sample library or virtual instrument. I think it just means that we can’t make our own sample library containing these samples and distribute to others. This prevents from people taking this freebie and selling/giving away them as their own.

Reading it again, I think you’re right. I guess my cynical side is working overtime today!
Here’s another link to samples and SF2 files. OK for commercial use in musical compositions…I guess I need to clarify which type of commercial use is ok!
More samples. 16-bit and decent quality. Fairly basic type samples; but could be useful. As of this writing, there are 269 samples available for download. Also, free for use in your commercial music compositions.
I got a response from http://www.platinumloops.com/ today. They won’t allow their amazing demo samples to be used in any commercial work. Not sure if that had been posted here yet; but just wanted to alert everyone.
"HOLLOW SUN offers a whole bunch of freebies for you to download and enjoy without restriction.
There are many varied and assorted sounds on offer - some are unique to the FreePacks area while some are tasters of products on sale. These are not ‘lite’ versions or compromised in any way. I hope you enjoy them."
2GB of free samples from PrimeLoops! Mostly geared towards electronica; but also some nice guitar, atmosphere, and other samples thrown in. All categorized and ready to use.
Totally fine for commercial use in your music compositions!

Ok. Here’s a link to 45 separate, sample mini-packs. Drum loops, guitar riffs, bass lines, etc. Apple, Acid, and REX loops. High quality and of course, totally fine for commercial music compositions!
**Use a “download all” type download manager for easy, 1-click downloading of the entire library! I use “Chrono Download Manager” for Chrome. Works pretty well for my purposes and of course, it’s free!
Bleepman is virtual device designed to bleep. It is based on
single-cycle waveforms. The waveforms have been recorded
from vintage analog synthesizer, some random old electronic
gadgets, or generated digitally to resemble sounds of old video
games. There are 40 waverforms to choose from, last two being
noise variants.
