I pre-rendered a few 3D animations and one of them needs to be rendered as an .mov because it has an alpha channel in it. Does it even matter if a pre-rendered file is a .mov format or not? Or are there some rules to it like everything needs to be a .mp4 fileformat else videohive will reject your item?
Video assets can be provided in two ways, either as a video file or as an image sequence. If you choose to provide video files they must be provided within a Quicktime MOV container and must use one of the following encoding formats:
PNG + Alpha
Apple ProRes 422
Apple ProRes 422 HQ
