For Italian Authors: Question about Partita Iva and Ateco Code

Hello fellow Italians,
I am in “Regime Forfettario” and my Ateco code is 620100 (Produzione di software non connesso all’edizione).
I wanted to try to sell some plugins on Envato, but i am not sure if i can do that with my ATECO code. My tax advisor told me i can’t do this, because i need to subscribe to camera di commercio?

Salve, Ho iniziato a produrre per AudioJungle da poco, ancora non ho caricato nessun brano perché prima volevo capire delle cose fondamentali. Non ho P.IVA, lavoro a chiamata in un ristorante sotto contratto. Quando sul sito envato vado a mettere i dati per le tasse leggo che se non fornisco un TAX ID mi viene detratto il 30% dei proventi. Ma se io guadagnassi ad esempio 1000 euro l’anno devo dare 300 euro di tasse agli stati uniti più pagare le tasse in Italia? O sono costretto ad aprire P.…

Hello. I am young web-developer, moved to Italy 2 years ago. I would like to start selling my works on Envato, but i have some questions about taxes on Envato in Italy. I don’t also speak Italian well and because of this I tried to find someone here to get help. I have some simple questions about taxes. Can somebody here speak a little bit about taxes, please. And maybe share with me contacts of the accountant in Italy, which knows about Envato taxes. Thanks!
