Footer Menu appears in the place of Header Menu

I am using Newspaper Theme on a new site.
Footer Menu appears in the place of Header Menu and Top Header Menu.
Please help.

Hi @MarkIndia,

Please go to Appearnce => Menus
and set the Primary menu (Header Menu) correctly.

Still isues contact Newspaper Author Support and let them know. Theme Author will be happy to assist you.

That link leads to their forum, and it says your support expired, and asks for subcription fee.
Should an existing customer pay money to ask a question on a forum? This is not good.

have you tried the fix through Appearnce => Menus I mentioned above reply.
ohterwise you can try to ask them @tagDiv through theme comments page. Thanks

Yes, I have tried Appearance > Menus
Everything is correct.
