Food Delivery + Online Store = 1 Website

Hi,

I’m looking to build a website which has food delivery and an online store.
I want the online store to sell nationally, and the food delivery to only work for a few qualifying zip codes (within 1 region of only 1 state). Is there a way I can do that? I usually see 1 or the other (food delivery or online store, not both on the same site). The shipping options are also very important because it’s 2 different methods (delivery or ground shipping)

Additionally: I know NOTHING about coding/etc., why is why I’m looking through online templates.
