Font in slider is small on mobile phones

So, I just installed Salient and created a site (monarchshores.com). I changed the font size in topography but is dispalys very small on mobile phones. I have a two part question:

  1. How do I make the phone number in slider show up larger on mobile phones?
  2. How do I make the phone number in slider clickable so that visitors on mobile phones can call by clicking on it?
