I would try making the main large title a brighter, more saturated colour - it looks a bit heavy as it is now. Plus the spacing and such on the lower text looks a bit inartful in places.

Maybe chose another typeface, more fresh.

Yep, the hierarchy of the text is probably the main thing that let you down.
Text needs to flow in an oval shape and be broken up by graphic props, if it keeps going in and out.
Not sure if they soft reject flyer here, anymore, but that is one of the reasons.
