instead of unlimited downloads,

Starter Plan - $9/year - 10 downloads per year [envato + codecanyon]
Growth Plan - $99/year - 100 downloads per year [envato + codecanyon]
Membership Plan - $19/month - unlimited [envato + codecanyon]

Not gonna work/not possible.

Some items are 10$, some are 200$. Noone is going to download the 10$ items if there’re items much more worthy.
