Flatsome theme: video doesn't appear in mobile

Hi all,
I’ve a issue on publishing a video, embedded in a banner. Infact I can see the video from the desktop view but not in the mobile view. Some suggestion?

Did you figure out how to resolve this issue?

Video banners won’t work on mobile on my website either.
