Flatsome activation code server error

Hi there,

I am trying to activate my Faltsome theme but I get a serrver error every time and every day I try it. Can somebody help me with this? I seems impossible to make this work, thanks for all the help.

Hi there,

I did and they told me there’s an error and I gave them login details 3 days ago. Nothing happend so far, so that’s why I am here to ask for help.
