You are installing the wrong folder - make sure you are using only the theme folder and not the entire download

@dominique888 It seems you’re trying to upload the theme in the WordPress plugin section. Instead, you should upload it in the Themes section (Appearance → Themes). Also, you are uploading the entire zip file you downloaded from CodeCanyon; you only need to upload the theme zip file inside that downloaded zip file. Here’s a video that shows you how to install the theme.
