Been through and checking for a Site Template with a fixed fullscreen background image, i.e. doesn’t scroll, not a “Coming Soon” template, as must have a top menu and a footer bar.
Created with Bootstrap would be a bonus.
Nearest I’ve found are below and been updated in the last year:
“Metro Fullscreen Construction and Architecture Template”, and
"Tanes - Creative Coming Soon Template".
Any other templtes similar please?
