As someone who uses Audiojungle perhaps once in a couple of years for the odd project, can I just say that having to use the Envato website has been a severe point of contention.
The inability to log in with email address was a waste of time - who’s going to remember a username for some obscure site they made years ago? further exasperated by the fact that a password reset was then required. It’s 2018, we have Google Auth, we can use email addresses to login everywhere else.
I’m sure some clever clogs will tell me that i’m posting in the wrong place; I don’t honestly care - You’ve not provided a feedback form, so here’s where it’s going ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Hey, waste my time faffing around for a 4 dollars purchase with bad site design, and it comes back to bite you.
