Good afternoon. On the homepage above the header menu are contact details. I have looked absolutely everywhere to see how I can delete them/the section but cannot find a way.

Hard without seeing the admin but what you have above is the customiser - in the WP admin on the left should be a theme options link
Under ‘dashboard’ is ‘Fitnase’ and should be a ‘header’ option there
