I am planning to buy a finished system which is a hospital appointment system since I need to have it before Monday for my project study but I do have a question in mind.

Can I use the project by uploading on the htdocs of XAMPP also it’s database to phpMyAdmin so that I can show it to my professor before the said date? Also can I remove some of the features on the site that I bought?

From there check details page each Item and also check demo. Which one wihtin those you think best for you choose best one and go to that Item comments tab and ask necessary questions there to know about the Item. Item Auhtor will be very happy to answer your query in comments.
