First HTML Template Quality Standard Rejected!

Hello,
Can someone help me understand why the template I uploaded was quality standard rejected? This was my first upload experience, and unfortunately, it was rejected!

If you need more information for guidance, please let me know.

I have a few questions:
Can I fix it and submit it again?
How can I become aware of the details of these standards specific to my template that was rejected?

Your feedback is invaluable, and I am committed to refining my work based on your suggestions. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback, and I will definitely use it to improve.

@lyra_themez

On initial pages it looks reasonably okay, but the overall theme is just too basic. You could probably find something like this for free on many other websites.

I like the way when you hover over the black and white images they go to colour. TICK

On the homepage under portfolio, you have links “for you, featured, new and popular” - ideally when people click these links, then the images should change in their orders?

There are some good aspects, but a lot of room for improvement which might have made the difference :slight_smile:

Don’t give up - try again with a better version.
