First Entry Rejection

Hello,

I submitted by first entry. But some how it was rejected.
Could you please help me how can I overcome this problem and point me the reasons why it was rejected.

There are 2 Type of rejections in themeforest soft and hard

  1. soft: you get details of issues and changes, so you can fix and upload item again from item edit page from hidden items

  2. hard: you can’t upload hard rejected items again

Please check your email, it is soft or hard rejected.

They said me that I am able to resubmit it again.

They said you won’t be able to re-submit this item again, better luck next time with good quality and unique item.

If you can make it good quality and upload again with changes, and this time you can ask for screenshot to reviewer team so you can fix it easily and upload it again.

pls post your work so that we can help u really , we can provide u with some generic tips if u do not do but this is not super efficient … in any case, do u not give up, try to offer the very best quality that u can possibly offer every tim u post something and at a time your time will come and approved items and sales will be on the way :slight_smile:
