finelayers not answering our emails after purchasing the theme

Dear Envato,

We just purchased a theme from finelayers( in envato market.

After installing the theme and test it we had some issues with it, so we contacted theme support team through this email ( on 29/07/2017 BUT till now we didn’t get any reply.

So please take an action since we bought the theme via your market and we have six months of support.



You’ll notice on the item’s support page that the author has their own support forum -

Perhaps try to use that. I noticed you also posted an item comment, the author will see that as well.
