I’m new.

I have looked at the install video below.

How to install, activate, and import demo theme settings @ Shella Shopify theme

​The above video looses me when she switches to install apps no idea how she got there ?

​I have uploaded the shella theme 5.0.2 to my shopify and published.

How do I change the theme to the “Computer Shop” theme?

I tried to rase a ticket but I can’t locate my " Purchase Code" I tries
the item id and the order number from my invoice but does not work.
