Does anyone know how to contact the financial team of Envato about my payout issue? Support suddenly stopped responding on my ticket for 5 days as of now.
envato author support is the right team to contact them. Because support team forward the ticket to the right team as required. So, please get in touch with them by replying the open ticket and keep patience.

I have done that before initially and while we were talking about the matter back and forth for 3 days, suddenly I get no responses for 5 days now.
You can reply them again (same ticket) and keep patience. they will reply as quickly they can. It can take time because this is financial department, everything need to investigate properly.
Yes, I know. I am replying to the same ticket and I just ask for some reassurance that the issue is being looked after, but apparently they don’t want to respond even to that.
