I’m trying to get a payout that’s accumulated over a couple years. The support replied that everything is in order, the payment is scheduled for January 30, the threshold has been passed. On January 30, nothing has been received, support has not responded for 4 days. Has anyone faced a similar problem? I have not received payments before. Tax information is completed and verified. Payment methods pay pal.

I also haven’t received a payment nor a reply to my question. Though in my case, they explicitly told me they were stopping all communication with me.
I gave them 48 hours to get back to me. After that, I’m going to file a complaint at a consumer protection agency. Just for the principle. They owe me a small amount, but I refuse to let them rob me of even a cent! What a lousy company of thieves and a-holes!

@Lotus_Sound They can respond in two weeks, as they did with me.
As a result, when other authors received a payment at the end of the appointed month, I received it half a month later.
