yes, unfortunately the income from “Shorts” is only 0.04 cents

My tabs look different and there’s a lot missing.

Do you you have shorts from 2024 q3 already?

No… I’m still waiting

I contacted them, they said this month…

I don’t have that either. Maybe my music wasn’t used in the short videos.

I have the same thing.

@audiomania I didn’t understand, the site is the same, what’s the joke?

Хз…

@audiomania I wrote to them today, yes, you and I do not receive any income from short videos on YouTube.
that’s why we don’t see this tab.

I’ve been with Identifyy for just 1 month now, but I recently saw screenshots on Google where users shared that as soon as they generate $5k or $2.5k in revenue, Identifyy blocks their accounts.
I am very scared, and today I applied to Audium, Epic Elite, AdRev - everywhere. I’ll work with whichever platform approves me.

The reason is that Identifyy has a 1-star rating on Trustpilot, Scam Advisor, Blackhat World, Vi Control, and many other platforms. Many people have shared that they were scammed by Identifyy.

This platform is the only place where people seem happy. So I want to understand why some people are so satisfied here when so many others are providing proof that Identifyy terminates accounts just one week before payouts.

Have you only looked at reviews on Envato, or have you also checked other platforms?
You’re earning, but what would you say to people whose accounts are suspended after generating revenue?

Before replying, search for ‘Identifyy reviews’ on Google so you can understand where I’m coming from, and then explain how I can regain trust in Identifyy.

I don’t know what these people are doing but I have been with Identifyy for a number of years and have had very large payouts with no issues at all.

Can you share the numbers of the highest payouts, if you don’t mind?
And it’s also possible that they might be bothering some users—perhaps new users or those who don’t seem to have a strong following—thinking that even if they block them without making payments, these users won’t be able to do anything.

Now, a 1.3 rating on Trustpilot and Scam Advisor can’t happen without a reason, right? That’s also something to think about…
And I would really appreciate it if other users also shared their input on this matter.

Hi @roneymichael30!

I’ve been with Identifyy for about a year now. Without sharing numbers (sorry) I’ll say that they’ve been farily good every quarter, even above my Elements and AJ earnings.

The times I reached out with any issue or concern support was back very swiftly (not super friendly, though, but straight to the point) and the only time I had to directly clear a claim for a customer they sorted out in less than 48hs.

I read the reviews you mentioned and, yes, they are something to keep an eye on, but my personal experience is quite good so far.

Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for taking out your time to address my concern. It means a lot to me.

I’m certainly not happy with them.

In my 15 years of selling music online, I’ve never had an interaction that was as bad as I’ve had with them. They are so unprofessional, unhelpful and downright insulting.

In my case, they were unable/unwilling to do their job, they simply stopped claiming new videos. When I asked them why I wasn’t getting new claims, they told me it was because my music had lost any traction and simply wasn’t used anymore. When I asked follow-up questions, they simply ignored me.

When I wanted to leave, I asked them if I had tracks whose 3year exclusivity binding agreement had run out, and if not, when this 3 year was set to expire and when I could remove my tracks. They played coy and refused to give a straight answer.

They put on this charade for a couple weeks before I snapped and change my tone. I reminded them that it was illegal to entrap me in a time set binding agreement without giving me an end date. They then told me they had remove all my assets from ContentID. What I wanted was for them to transfer ownership of my assets over to my new service provider, but they simply deleted all my assets!! Out of spite I imagine, as there would be no real reason to do so. As I was away from home for a month at that time, I couldn’t reupload my assets right away and lost a month and a half of income because of that.

Now, almost six months has passed since I left, yet I see that there are still tracks and claimed videos showing up in my latest reports, when I should have nothing whatsoever. I asked them what was up with that, and how it was possible for them to still collect on videos when they no longer manage my assets. They once again refused to answer and told me that this was their final communication with me as I was not a customer of them.

Now I don’t know if they are going to pay me my last earnings with them as they are below payment threshold. They also refused to tell me if I was going to get my money. I’ll wait until January 31st before accusing them of being thieves on top of being unprofessional jerks.

After a disappointing first month with my new service provider, due to having to re-inject all my assets and rescan YouTube, my latest report had my earning increased tenfold compared to my earnings with Identifyy. It doesn’t mean it’s a lot as I was getting very little, but it does show that Identifyy were indeed not doing their job.

All in all, the worst experience I’ve had with any companies.

I have been with Indetifi for 4 years now, no problems, except for those that happen here on Envato from time to time. Quick problem solving, payment amount from 5000 + per quarter - no problems

First of all, I want to sincerely thank both of you for sharing your experiences. Ever since I came across these reviews about Identifyy, I’ve been researching whether I should continue working with Identifyy for the next 6 months. My plan was to create all my songs and register them with Identifyy—20 songs are already registered. But if, after 6 months, I find out that my account has been suspended, it will be a huge issue. That’s why I’m trying to contact as many people as I can to understand whether this platform is legitimate or a scam.

Because the number of people who are dissatisfied on other platforms is far greater than the people on the Envato platform who are satisfied.

@PurpleFog you were one of the people who started this discussion. When you joined Identifyy, you were extremely happy because you were struggling with AdRev, and you guided many people about Identifyy. But if you’re no longer satisfied now, it’s truly disheartening to see. I hope you find a better alternative soon.

And @StudioEtude I remember that you were very worried when one person didn’t receive their payment, as if your own release had been delayed. I’m so glad that your experience with Identifyy has been great, and I pray that you never face any difficulties.

No prob! Just sharing my personal experience though, needless to say, that doesn’t guarantee anything. As for pay dates and all that, I’ve never had a delay so far.

Indeed. I had the same issue (inactive claiming) with AdRev and when I switched to Identifyy, they initially worked much better. But as the years passed, the earnings dwindled and new claims become rarer and rarer. It got to a point where it was clear something was wrong.

Thankfully many authors who I “guided” towards Identifyy have not faced the same issue and are still happy with their service. For those who are not happy, I would encourage them to leave and try another service provider.

I have found an alternative solution that works better for now. Will it last, I don’t know. In the meantime, I’m enjoying my tenfold increase in earnings.

That said, there is no doubt they are a legit company and not a scam. I would not recommend them and their lousy service, but they’re legit. Legit a-holes.
