thanks for your reply but i need help in making a theme from scratch as you did so i want a help in on a right track. can you guide me in that

First you need to pick your category, and then start making the PSD design. After completing the design convert it to HTML. Finally convert it to WP. There are tons of video tutorial on nettuts+. You can check them.
