File Sharing Theme?

I’m looking to make a password protected site/page where the users can upload and download files of any kind that will remain organized like a folder. I’m working on projects with several different groups and it would be nice to have a place on my site for each one of them where they can find the files they need.

Basically I just need something like a standard password protected folder but one that my “less-than-internet-savvy” clients will find attractive and easy to use. It could look like the “My Documents” folder off of your desktop as long as anyone with the password can upload/download and it has the company logo at the top.
Any Ideas?

Client Manager Can be customize too for what you need but this one has more features.
