File is charged after anual subscription

I have just bought an anual subscription trough a popup shown in a graphic file I was interested.

After having my account updated, the file I want is strangely not detecting that I have the annual plan and shows it’s regular price.

I like to have it since I made the annual plan based on the fact that I would be able to download that file.

Subscription is for items on www.elements.envato.com not the marketplaces like graphicriver or themeforest etc

If that is not of use to you then do not download anything and request a refund Envato Elements Help and Support
