Few Changes to Contentegg using Rehub Theme

I’m using Rehub theme integrated with content egg and connected to amazon affiliate API.
I would like to:

  1. Disable all prices on site
  2. Making sure images will be available only through Amazon servers and not self hosted.

Please advise.
