I had purchased an item a few weeks ago and since then I have had a lot of issues with getting it to run. Even though in the support tab it says that the author supports the script and lists that answering questions about the code. Their initial response was that all the code is self-explanatory as there are comments throughout the script, the problem is that the code in question doesn’t have any comments and there is no additional documentation anywhere. The author now simply refuses to respond. Any advice on what to do here?
Request a refund if you feel that you’re not being offered the support you paid for.
The refund request will be sent to the author. If he does not respond within 5 days, or denies it, you can raise a dispute with Envato thru the refund page.
