Lack of white space.
Wrapper of content is too small, the main reason creating of a website is the content not background.
This particle background is already used many times by different authors - bring some new

Also you got js errors, any error, w3c validation error = hard reject

You will need make significant changes before resubmiting this theme

The concept is very out dated and a big barrier to approval

There are numerous issues on mobile with poor stying and some sections not loading
