Pretty much everything is wrong, for such a simple theme you made as many errors as you possibly could.
I’d suggest either spending a couple of months learning basic design principles or do just the coding part, if you know it. There’s pretty much nothing good here except you threw some text, a soundcloud song and you think it’s a theme to submit. Wrong.
