Every time there is a problem and you comment, all the authors say is register with my support. So you register, you wait a week to get a response, you may have to pay to get THEIR bug fixed.
I am really losing patients with Codecanyon, just create a one support section, select the product and this goes to the author. CodeCanyon you should make a rule that authors must reply within two days and not weeks or months sometimes. Come on support your users I’ve been here for over 10 years and I see a decline in the quality of products and service and I’m getting fed up with it all.
