Yesterday, we had a server downtime, which was a bummer… Due to this we were unable to help our customers with support for a few hours, and neither the server could display our products which was also a bit of a problem. As we wanted to advise our customers, we noticed that there is no kind of tool, that could help us with that. Just been wondering that Envato could implement one new field that creates a modal box or some kind of top-bar displaying some information for these matters.
