Feature Request: "Is it possible to require several days before refund request"

Is it legally possible to require several days or a week before the refund request? I don’t have a deep knowledge related with US-trade rules, but if it’s possible this would decrease the number of irresponsible/irrelavent refund requests.

I’m not a lawyer but pretty sure this wouldn’t be possible because if there was a genuine reason to refund then it’s tough to justify hindering the customer further and potentially prevent them acquiring a different item
