I am having a problem with the fancy product designer when exporting a “ready to print” image for tshirt printing the image has a white background so if my customer just adds white text to the shirt I am just getting a big white box. Is anyone familiar with this issue and can someone please help me out with some ideas or something on how to solve this? I am at my wits end…
