Failed to query total number of items in API response

Hi, I’m trying to activate Neuron Builder for my wordpress theme bought in the envato market (Merope theme).
I create an Envato API with the three permission listed:

View and search Envato sites, Download your purchased items, List purchases you’ve made

When I paste the token into the license verification form in my wordpress page I got this in response:
“Failed to query total number of items in API response”.

I have repeated the procedure several times, now I am stuck, how can I fix this?

Hi @mr_fede,

Before you create a new token the following 3 permissions should be selected from the list of permission available on the Token page.

  1. View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
  2. Download the user’s purchased items
  3. List purchases the user has made
