Extinct theme

Hey guys just upgraded to Wordpress 4.5 and Now my Extinct theme is not working properly.

We have the newest Wordpress and the Extinct Theme is not working with the MapPress Plugin. Will there be an update to the Extinct Theme? We do like it and would like the Footnote function to work properly. Please let us know.
