Evolution Fitness theme and Revolution Slider having issues. Need help

Hopefully someone purchased this or knows how I can fix. I just purchased this and it’s not installing correctly as so many things have come up in error. If you have answers for any of these please let me know. PHP version 7.3.21 / Wordpress version latest

  1. Revolution Slider - cannot activate. I get the following error " Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error . >> db.class.php on line 29"
  2. Theme will not load because it says all the media are missing.

I went to that page to comment and saw that there is no support from what a user is saying. This theme does not work at all. Is there a way to get my money back? It won’t load and plugins has errors.
