EventOn code not accepted

I purchased a regular licence for EventOn - WordPress Event Calendar Plugin on 2019-11-21, but when I input the Purchase Code in myEventON and hit Activate Now, it just refreshes and appears to not accept the code. Any help would be appreciated please.

Plugin registration (Purchase Code activation) maintain through Plugin author own database.

So, please contact Plugin Author and let them know How to Contact your purchased Plugin Author, Plugin author will be happy to assist you.
