Essential Tips to Ensure Your Files Pass Envato Review

Hello Envato Community,

I’m a new author specializing in graphic elements and recently started uploading files such as Figma templates, product mockup PSDs, PNG files, and EPS vectors. Unfortunately, all my submissions so far have been rejected, and I’m struggling to understand exactly how to prepare and submit my files correctly.

I’ve carefully read the official Envato tips for successful graphics items, and I’ve even downloaded monthly assets from Envato to study how approved files are structured. Despite these efforts, I’m still not sure where I’m going wrong.

I understand that files need to be well-organized, with clearly labeled and editable layers, and must meet specific technical requirements for each format—for example, EPS files should be 100% vector, compatible with Illustrator EPS 10, and free of locked or hidden objects127. I’ve tried to follow these guidelines, but my items are still being rejected.

Could anyone in the community please review my approach or offer advice on common mistakes new authors make? Any feedback or examples of properly prepared files would be greatly appreciated. I’m eager to learn and contribute high-quality assets to the Envato marketplace.

Thank you for your support!

If those the files you’re uploading to sell, you won’t get any approval.
There’re too many items online for free and it’s nothing special. Any “designer” could draw these within a second, would take less time to draw instead of “purchasing” it.

The design you’re creating is not good enough to get approval, it’s beginner level.
