So I did all of my updates the other week and my backend editor for WP Bakery stopped working. I started to disable plugins and found out it is my Essential Grid plugin. Once deactivated, WP Bakery starts working again. I am working with a theme called We Build. My question is, should I buy extended support for Essential Grid and could they fix this issue? If they can’t fix it, could I get a refund for the support?
Only one other time has the backend editor stopped working. That was because I had to get all plugins updated including the Essential Grid plugin. I appreciate the feedback and help. Thank you!
