Error Status is not 200 OK or 301

Hello, I’m having problems installing transition extension to my After Effects CC 2019 in Windows 10. It keeps displaying Status is not 200 OK or 301. I thought I had downloaded and installed the latest version but I could be wrong because I’m still getting this error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello!
Could you say how did you get it to work because I am trying it about 4 hours ago. I tried all the solutions they proposed but until now I have the error when I check the purchase code.
