Error Message with Pre-Order Plug-In

I downloaded the WooCommerce Pre-Order Sales, Bulk Discount & Time Counter and set it up on one of my products on my site, but when I go to test the Pre-Order Now button, I get this error: “Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.” How do I fix this so customers can pre-order this product?

Also, I have 6 months of customer support with this plug-in that I bought. How do I access that customer support directly?
